2B-AMPLIFIER using IC 810
This project of modern age is very popular with the children. This as a audio amplifier is very simple and cheap project. With the help of this project you can amplify your voice and it can be heard at a long distance. At small functions you can connected this project with the radio or tape recorder and output from this can create wonders among people listening to it.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION AND WORKING
This project has been developed and tested O.K. in our TV Engineers Technical Lab. The components and PCB used in the projects published in our books are available for sale at resonable price.
The IC is used to increase the volume of the audio signal. The construction of the IC is very simple and it consist of 21 transistors. As compared to other IC it is very cheap. This is a 12 pin IC and a positive supply from 12V to 20V is given to its pin no. 1 and 4. Pin no. 9 & 10 are earth pins. The pin no. 8 is a input pin and low level signal is given through it. Amplified output signal is available on pin no. 12. It is connected to the speaker through the condenser C3. The output can be upto 7W. Through a volume control of 1M the sound level can be decreased or increased. You can use a tone control with this project. This project is widely used as a audio amplifier in the tape recorder, television and PA system.
PRECAUTIONS WHILE ASSEMBLING THE PROJECT:-
- Use the shield wire while assembling this project.
