During the evening or night or in the dark, when you are working and the electricity fails, you face lot of difficulties. Finally you abuse the electricity department. This project avoids this kind of problem and delivers you 20W light through a 20W flurescent tube.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION AND WORKING Bread Board Project

There is always scarcity of electricity in villages and few other places for which we face difficulty particularly in the evening hours. The housewives cannot cook, children can not read etc etc. This project will help you to get rid of this problem. This project has two sections.
- Charger Circuit/Section
- Invertor Section
The charger circuit is a simple power supply comprising of a 0-9V Step-down transformer and a bridge rectifier. The battery gets charged from the output of the power supply through the relay coil. The Invertor circuit employs three transistors. These transistors conduct through the charged battery and produce current through oscillations sufficient to drive/ glow 20W tube light, after the power is OFF .
PRECAUTIONS WHILE ASSEMBLING THE PROJECT:-
*First of all check all the components as per circuit.
*Check polarity of diodes [anode and cathode]
*While mounting transistor, you should connect collector , base & emitter properly.
*Please use resistance of the exact value as given in the circuit.
*Check Dry soldering and short circuit in the board after soldering.
*Check +ve & -ve terminal of L.E.D. while mounting on PCB.
