2B-ELECTRONIC TUBE LIGHT BLAST CHOKE
This project saves 20% of the electric bill. This choke works on low voltage, takes quick start even in cold stage. The other advantage of this chowk is that it does not generate any Bye-Product frequency.
TECHNICAL DESCRIIPTION AND WORKING:-
This project has been developed and successfully tested OK in TV Engineer Technical Lab.
Now you can save electric bill at least by 20%. The ordinary choke consumes more current. But this electronics choke consumes very low current. It opertaes on low voltage, generating full light and the starting is very quick in cold stage or low voltage.
Now a days people save electric bill by using this choke. This choke, whose circuit is given below, tolerates voltage fluctuation and also saves the tube from unnecessary sparking flickering on cold stage, there by increasing the durability of the tube. For a 40 Watt flourascent tube, the power consumption is only 9 watt.
The 220 V AC is rectified by a /brige retifiers D1 to D4 and filtered by capacitor C1. This filtered voltage is the DC source and fed to flourascent tube. When we put the switch ON, the energy is transferred through the network of the series resistance, coil L3,L2, Capacitor C4 & Internal impendance of the tube.
PRECAUTIONS WHILE ASSEMBLING THE PROJECT:-
- Check all the components as per the circuit.
- Check polarity of Diodes and Capacitors before soldering.
- Check the rating voltage of the electronic capacitors as per the circuit specification.
- Also check the collector , emitter and base of transistors.
- Be sure that there is neither dry soldering nor short circuit.
